The supporters of Atreucó AFC booed when Jardón AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Salvatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astor Hitzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Crescencio in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Severiano Cebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danilo Bertin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Geronimo Natanael made the kick off in the second half. Maximino Cedro hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes, Atreucó AFC's Santiago Lauaxeta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Astor Hitzeder came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atreucó AFC reached it. After a rather tough play, Jardón AFC's Cristian Avellaneda got a free kick in the 55th minute. Astor Hitzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Dodorol in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Leo Dodorol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored Jardón AFC's protests and gave Cristian Avellaneda a yellow card for diving instead.
