Massimo Otto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingos Otsando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. With his leg Domingos Otsando managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Torres AFC's Segundo Roldan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Segundo Roldan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Domingos Otsando made a huge save. Domingos Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Erasmo Platon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Roldan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Domingos Otsando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 34th match minute, C.A.Comodoro Rivadavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Micael to maneuver through the defense. After 40 minutes, Segundo Roldan made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.A.Comodoro Rivadavia's Domingos Otsando tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, C.A.Comodoro Rivadavia's Domingos Otsando got control of the ball when Segundo Roldan tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
