A collision led to Estudiantes Rio4 getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Hernan Nerio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Santana in the 7th minute of play forced Bompland AFC's goalkeeper Ulises Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Aristides Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estudiantes Rio4 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 16 minutes, Gaudencio Jesco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estudiantes Rio4 and the Bompland AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Estudiantes Rio4 got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Jesco. Estudiantes Rio4's Guillermo Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Boniel in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Estudiantes Rio4 booed when Bompland AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Boniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Fernendo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulises Elixio. Bompland AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Severino Boniel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillermo Polo having to make a save. A collision led to Estudiantes Rio4 getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gaudencio Jesco hit a great ball. Ulises Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Polo was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Severino Boniel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino Boniel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Jairo Errando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Guillermo Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Bordat in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Bompland AFC booed when Estudiantes Rio4 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Trattnig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Elixio having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Bordat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Estudiantes Rio4's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Igor Saribiarte who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Arturo Bordat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulises Elixio. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Bompland AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Bordat came free, but Ulises Elixio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Pirro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bompland AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaudencio Jesco was slow to take the kick. During this time Estudiantes Rio4's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gaudencio Jesco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ulises Elixio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 75 played minutes Bompland AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Bero. Ulises Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Santana in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Niclas Trattnig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Elixio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ulises Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Bompland AFC's Aldo Bero got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 92 played minutes Bompland AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Tome.
