In the 8th match minute, AF Milano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of John Wick booed when AF Milano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Loren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Nicanor Truylos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and AF Milano's Marcos Urbez didn't even have to move. If Ariel Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th match minute, John Wick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Torres to maneuver through the defense. AF Milano's Anier Gonzalez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for John Wick. Albino Iyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Teodoro Pelagius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, John Wick's Teodosio Torres got a free kick in the 26th minute. Teodoro Pelagius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Iyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Ariel Frascuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Pelagius having to interfere. Fidel Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Urbez having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Freddy Camerino took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcos Urbez to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of AF Milano booed when John Wick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddy Camerino to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Freddy Camerino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Urbez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Urbez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Camerino in the 56th minute of play. Teodosio Torres hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Albino Iyan might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Pelagius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albino Iyan ran back to his position shaking his head. Freddy Camerino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marcos Urbez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Saverio Blasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Romano scored 2-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Urbez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fidel Romano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Urbez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Ariel Frascuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Pelagius having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Otsoa during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AF Milano getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Miguel Otsoa hit a great ball. When Freddy Camerino came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the John Wick fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Camerino couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The John Wick fans cheered their team off the field, for while AF Milano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
