After 15 minutes, Prospero Aznar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Xeneises FC and the Club Atlético Talleres players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prospero Aznar kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Tiburcio Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Victoro was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Leo Txordon's late challenge caught a Los Xeneises FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Xeneises FC's Tiburcio Estevez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingos Victoro. That made the score 2-0 after 44 minutes of play. In the 47th minute, Los Xeneises FC's Matias Sagrario seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Matias Sagrario the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Xeneises FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Matias Sagrario had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Los Xeneises FC:s Alonzo Etxepare showed great skill when he stopped Gavino Umbruso:s penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 55thth minute of the game Tiburcio Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Talleres's Domingos Victoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingos Victoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Estevez's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. If Tiburcio Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Estevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. When Tiburcio Estevez came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Los Xeneises FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Estevez couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Tiburcio Estevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Victoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gerardo Montay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquiles Lauren hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Domingos Victoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Montay, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Los Xeneises FC had played much better football throughout.
