Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eduardo Rodrigues started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Rolando Hustaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Hustaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Feo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th minute, Eustaquio Bizen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jonas Feo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Feo was a little too slow when Eduardo Rodrigues got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. A hard shot 14 in the game by Rolando Hustaz from a close distance when the talented Jonas Feo managed to make a qualified save. Linterna Verde FC's players were relieved. Rolando Hustaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonas Feo came out and tried to block the shot, but Rolando Hustaz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute of the match, Eduardo Rodrigues tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonas Feo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Linterna Verde FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Rodrigues took the corner. Arnulfo Firme tried in the game's 24th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Jonas Feo. An annoying self made goal, 3-0. Jonas Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Linterna Verde FC's Jonas Feo got control of the ball when Eduardo Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Vladimiro Gines put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Linterna Verde FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Linterna Verde FC:s Jonas Feo showed great skill when he stopped Eduardo Rodrigues:s penalty. If Eduardo Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Hustaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonas Feo made a huge save. Jonas Feo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eduardo Rodrigues showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 43 minute of play. Jonas Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Urdin made a kick off. Linterna Verde FC's Jonas Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Rodrigues in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Firme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Linterna Verde FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ the free kick. Arnulfo Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match Eduardo Rodrigues sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Feo skillfully saved the ball. Jonas Feo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Rodrigues went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Eduardo Rodrigues took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonas Feo. Jonas Feo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. 77 minutes into the match, CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's Eduardo Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Feo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Eduardo Rodrigues sped through Linterna Verde FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonas Feo. Jonas Feo came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's Eduardo Rodrigues. But to his dismay, Eduardo Rodrigues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Eustaquio Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Linterna Verde FC's Arnulfo Firme got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 88 played minutes CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Batistuta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Rodrigues in the 90th minute of play forced Linterna Verde FC's goalkeeper Jonas Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Linterna Verde FC booed when CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Batistuta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
