Eduardo Rodrigues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Rodrigues in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Ayala saved CHORIPANEROS FC from getting behind. CHORIPANEROS FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eduardo Rodrigues 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. When Edgard Remicio fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CHORIPANEROS FC's protests and gave Edgard Remicio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, CHORIPANEROS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Remicio to maneuver through the defense. Matias Pereyra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roque Ayala came out and tried to block the shot, but Matias Pereyra slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, CHORIPANEROS FC's Edgard Remicio got a free kick in the 21st minute. Matias Pereyra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roque Ayala. CHORIPANEROS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26th play minutes Eduardo Rodrigues shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Roque Ayala and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 30th minute Matias Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Batistuta kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Matias Pereyra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Ayala having to make a save. Roque Ayala was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Eduardo Rodrigues capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eduardo Rodrigues really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. 47 minutes into the match, CHORIPANEROS FC's goalkeeper Roque Ayala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Hustaz. After a rather tough play, CHORIPANEROS FC's Eliseo Inge got a free kick in the 47th minute. A hard shot by Eduardo Rodrigues from long distance, 48 minutes into the match, got Roque Ayala's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the CHORIPANEROS FC defense, Eduardo Rodrigues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roque Ayala. The CHORIPANEROS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roque Ayala should have stopped the shot. The supporters of CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ booed when CHORIPANEROS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Inge didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roque Ayala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Rodrigues in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Isak Malm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's Matias Pereyra made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. CHORIPANEROS FC's Roque Ayala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Hustaz in the 85th minute of play. Roque Ayala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ's Damaso Panfilo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Ayala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
