With his leg Sebastian Nöbels managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Platense's Nikos Papadamou fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Platense's goalkeeper Levanto Pinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Nikos Papadamou put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Nöbels. In the 13th minute, Nikos Papadamou fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Levanto Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Sancho in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in JUVENTUS DLX's zone, Nikos Papadamou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Nöbels came out of the goal and Nikos Papadamou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Gervasio Suero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levanto Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikos Papadamou might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Nöbels. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikos Papadamou ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikos Papadamou in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Nöbels prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nikos Papadamou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sebastian Nöbels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS DLX's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Ayala came free, but Sebastian Nöbels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikos Papadamou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. JUVENTUS DLX's Sebastian Nöbels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Papadamou in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gualterio Llorenc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Platense's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Llorenc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Nöbels breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 55 minutes of play, Platense's Nikos Papadamou made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Nöbels was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nikos Papadamou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Levanto Pinto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gervasio Suero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-1 in the 60 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Suero in the 80th minute of play forced Platense's goalkeeper Levanto Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Levanto Pinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florentino Nazario went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Raymond during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Platense booed when JUVENTUS DLX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Raymond didn't get a good kick on the ball.
