Thanks to some nice moves Eulalio Galeno could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Leon Mouzo however easily saved by the left post. In the 18th minute, Independiente's Eriberto Nayely ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leon Mouzo. Leon Mouzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Nayely in the 26th minute of play forced Furia Calchaquí FC's goalkeeper Leon Mouzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaarel Helemäe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Unax having to interfere. The coaching staff of Furia Calchaquí FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iker Tonio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 47th minute, Carmelo Luzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Mouzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaarel Helemäe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Constantino Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 56th minute Fabricio Leheren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Mouzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Eulalio Galeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Independiente had won after a very even match.
