In the 10th minute, Gualterio Soin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Torres's late challenge caught a Sportivo Belgrano San Fco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gervasio Torres helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Xabat struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Marcos Louis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sin Rayito. The supporters of Sportivo Belgrano San Fco booed when Sin Rayito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Marz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Jose Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Louis was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Sin Rayito's Cosme Rufio got control of the ball when Gualterio Soin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Gustavo Porfirio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosme Rufio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jose Xabat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Louis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Cosme Rufio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Porfirio went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Fernan Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Belgrano San Fco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
