Herminio Godoy came out of the goal and Mario Gilabert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Brugo FC defense, Mario Gilabert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Godoy. The Brugo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Godoy should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Brugo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Izel to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes Brugo FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Izel. Herminio Godoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Gilabert's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Herminio Godoy stood somewhat misplaced when Mario Gilabert came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. Damaso Goi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Herminio Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Niproback's Hans Sloothaak got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 47 minutes, Nuno de Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Niproback and the Brugo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Niproback getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Nuno de Godoi hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Gilabert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Mario Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 minutes, Fausto Bastia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brugo FC and the Niproback players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, one of Brugo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Brugo FC. If Mario Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Tallia charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Tallia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brugo FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Venancio Tallia hit a great ball. Damaso Goi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Godoy having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, Niproback's Damaso Goi made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herminio Godoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niproback made a substitution. Prospero Oalo replaced Hector Jacindo. When Niproback's Mario Gilabert in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edgardo Endura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herminio Godoy having to make a save. Niproback made a substitution. In the 84th minute Mario Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Gilabert in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herminio Godoy saved Brugo FC from getting behind. The supporters of Niproback booed when Brugo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Min didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Brugo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Izel to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes, Mario Gilabert made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Brugo FC's Herminio Godoy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Herminio Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Larra in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Baldomiro Barrionuevo made a precise shot to the right of Herminio Godoy. Brugo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Niproback walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
