The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flavio Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Jim Gabrielsson made a huge save. La Prawlinea F.C.'s Americo Senen got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Primitivo Etxepare's late challenge caught a La Prawlinea F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Etxepare helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of La Prawlinea F.C. booed when CAJA lechuzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Lain in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jim Gabrielsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Flavio Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jim Gabrielsson made a huge save. Americo Senen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CAJA lechuzo's Jim Gabrielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save CAJA lechuzo from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, La Prawlinea F.C.'s Uriel Pedroso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Flavio Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Jim Gabrielsson made a huge save. Flavio Lain's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jim Gabrielsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Americo Senen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albino Vachon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flavio Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jim Gabrielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CAJA lechuzo's Jim Gabrielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save CAJA lechuzo from getting a goal against them. Americo Senen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jim Gabrielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Flavio Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Prawlinea F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Lain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Gabrielsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavio Lain to strike the kick off in the second half. Jim Gabrielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Lain hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Jim Gabrielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Lain in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Flavio Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Prawlinea F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When La Prawlinea F.C.'s Albino Vachon in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jim Gabrielsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Lain in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Gabrielsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flavio Lain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jim Gabrielsson having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in CAJA lechuzo's zone, Flavio Lain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Gabrielsson came out of the goal and Flavio Lain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Albino Vachon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jim Gabrielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Albino Vachon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jim Gabrielsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. La Prawlinea F.C. were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after CAJA lechuzo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Americo Senen took the corner. 81 minutes into the game, Primitivo Etxepare recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Desiderio Marques. Primitivo Etxepare showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. Americo Senen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Flavio Lain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Gabrielsson. CAJA lechuzo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Lain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Americo Senen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jim Gabrielsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Lain went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score.
