The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pawel Brożek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ramon Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Brożek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Rastrojos's goalkeeper Jonathan Ugaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Urtzi. In the 17th match minute, C.A Wanderer´s was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Handi to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes, Tadeo Shantala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A Wanderer´s and the Rastrojos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A Wanderer´s! Pawel Brożek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Victoriano Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pawel Brożek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pawel Brożek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Gau to make the kick off. Jonathan Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Gau in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Ovidio Burni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ugaitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Pawel Brożek fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Victoriano Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Burni having to interfere. Ramon Burni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pawel Brożek in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Wanderer´s's zone, Leonides Neron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Burni came out of the goal and Leonides Neron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of C.A Wanderer´s booed when Rastrojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ugaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Gau in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Rastrojos getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Silvano Faro hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rastrojos's Silvano Faro got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, C.A Wanderer´s's Tadeo Shantala tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Rastrojos's Victoriano Jakobe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ramon Burni. Ramon Burni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. If Pawel Brożek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 minutes of play, Rastrojos's Pawel Brożek made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramon Burni was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Rastrojos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A Wanderer´s throughout the match.
