Robustiano Guillerme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CAJA lechuzo's Jim Gabrielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save CAJA lechuzo from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Albin Ånger could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Jim Gabrielsson however easily saved by the left post. Albin Ånger might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Gabrielsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albin Ånger ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Eske Aksel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jim Gabrielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Albin Ånger might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Gabrielsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albin Ånger ran back to his position shaking his head. Amancio Ekain struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jim Gabrielsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Zabaleta. If Albin Ånger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albin Ånger took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jim Gabrielsson. Jim Gabrielsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Jim Gabrielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Lop in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Lop was the one to do the kick off. 3-0 became the score in the 53rd minute when Teodosio Lop elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CAJA lechuzo's zone, Teodosio Lop stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Gabrielsson came out of the goal and Teodosio Lop tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Ånger in the 60th minute of play forced CAJA lechuzo's goalkeeper Jim Gabrielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, La Zabaleta's Teodosio Lop nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jim Gabrielsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Albin Ånger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Gabrielsson having to interfere. Teodosio Lop blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jim Gabrielsson having to make a save. In the 69th minute, Albin Ånger made a precise shot to the right of Jim Gabrielsson. CAJA lechuzo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 72nd minute, Teodosio Lop made a precise shot to the right of Jim Gabrielsson. CAJA lechuzo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Teodosio Lop scored 7-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jim Gabrielsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eske Aksel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Liberto in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, CAJA lechuzo's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Lop came free, but Jim Gabrielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albin Ånger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Teodosio Lop managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Zabaleta's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Lop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Gabrielsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that La Zabaleta were the better team. La Zabaleta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
