Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nemesio Feliz got the match started through his kick off. When Nemesio Feliz came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Esquina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Feliz couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Esquina FC's zone, Eulalio Blasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Guib came out of the goal and Eulalio Blasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Mantzio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Guib read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After some careless play in the Esquina FC defense, Eulalio Blasi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Guib. The Esquina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Guib should have stopped the shot. Eulalio Blasi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Guib read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Alonzo Elazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeo Goyo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Alonzo Elazar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 32nd minute, Eulalio Blasi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Alonzo Elazar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 39th of the match, Nemesio Feliz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Romeo Goyo got in the way and made a wonderful save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Nazca AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Esquina FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Esquina FC's Orlando Sesuldo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Romeo Goyo. Sergio Montay's late challenge caught a Esquina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Montay helped the player get up and apologised. 46 minutes into the game, one of Nazca AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eulalio Blasi made a kick off. After having played for 68 minutes, Alonzo Elazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esquina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Elazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nazca AFC's Romeo Goyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Feliz in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match Lino Enaut shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Goyo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eulalio Blasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Guib having to interfere. Baldomero Stephen hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Nemesio Feliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alonzo Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Esquina FC's Alonzo Elazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeo Goyo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. After 98 played minutes Nazca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Camerino. There was no doubt that Esquina FC were the better team. Esquina FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
