Rabah Khaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute Elias Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Marz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Xene Fc's Tomás Silviano got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes Xene Fc got a freekick which was hit by Victor Isaio. After 16 played minutes Jose Sand FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Vieira. Uriel Mateus made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Helge Dale sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the game, Jose Sand FC's Elias Leocadio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Marz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Elias Leocadio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Jordy in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Marz saved Xene Fc from getting behind. Edgardo Marz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Leocadio in the 31st minute of play. Edgardo Marz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, one of Xene Fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Xene Fc.
