Arnoldo Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Onofre in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leon Argider in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Mateus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Onofre took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Mateus. Arnoldo Mateus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Fútbol Club Sauce Corto's Bartolo Santo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Santo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Mateus was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 90 played minutes Vieja guardia futbol got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Neron. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Argider got free with Arnoldo Mateus in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes Fútbol Club Sauce Corto got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Bemabe.
