Santiago Kepa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Mateus having to make a save. In the 18thth minute of the game Santiago Kepa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vieja guardia futbol's Arnoldo Mateus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnoldo Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Kepa in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Aguilar AFC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Llorienzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Fe. Vieja guardia futbol's Arnoldo Mateus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Fe in the 26th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Vieja guardia futbol got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Adrio. After 30 played minutes Vieja guardia futbol got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Nisio. In the 32nd minute Florencio Fe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Llorienzo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Aguilar AFC's Florencio Fe got a free kick in the 66th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aguilar AFC's Santiago Kepa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnoldo Mateus. That made the score 1-1 after 70 minutes of play. After 72 played minutes Aguilar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Terciero. Abelardo Lucado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Fe in the 75th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Aguilar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Lucado came free, but Arnaldo Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florencio Fe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Arnoldo Mateus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Arnoldo Mateus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florencio Fe in the 83rd minute. If Florencio Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. Arsenio Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Mateus was a little too slow when Florencio Fe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-2. Aguilar AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
