If Hector Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes of play, Ongamira's Hipolito Tolino made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingvar Melberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Hector Ganix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ongamira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodosio Joey during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ongamira booed when Sporting Milán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Melberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Ganix in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Ongamira's Hipolito Tolino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingvar Melberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Sporting Milán's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Flavio Maurino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Marcelo Formerio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Ingvar Melberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ongamira played a much better game than Sporting Milán and deserved their victory. The Sporting Milán players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
