Serengeti FC's Jeremias Tello shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Honorato Tadzio but with some difficulty. With a little luck, pez FC's Honorato Tadzio got control of the ball when Osvaldo Otoniel tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Camilo Bembe fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored pez FC's protests and gave Camilo Bembe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, pez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Bembe to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santo Urbasa in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Tadzio saved pez FC from getting behind. Honorato Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Urbasa in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Melchor Jago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Otoniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Tadzio having to interfere. If Melchor Jago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Serengeti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Jago came free, but Lisandro Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Serengeti FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Bazil. In the 26th minute of the match Federico Salamon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Pello skillfully saved the ball. With 28 minutes on the clock, Dario Eguntsenti commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in pez FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Serengeti FC's Santo Urbasa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Camilo Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, pez FC's Nestor Oalo got a free kick in the 36th minute. The supporters of Serengeti FC booed when pez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Bembe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Serengeti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Jago came free, but Lisandro Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Urbasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorato Tadzio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Jago to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Otoniel in the 52nd minute of play forced pez FC's goalkeeper Honorato Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nestor Oalo fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored pez FC's protests and gave Nestor Oalo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute of the match Constantino Harkaitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorato Tadzio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. pez FC's Honorato Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Urbasa in the 84th minute of play. Osvaldo Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
