The referee showed Aggelos Kolitsidakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La gloriosa Acade booed when Independent Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aggelos Kolitsidakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Independent Football Club's Florencio Atauri got a free kick in the 11th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Patricio Seme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La gloriosa Acade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Seme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonatan Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Polovkov in the 15th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Vicente Bertran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonatan Licerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Seme in the 28th minute of play. When Leonid Polovkov in the 53rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jonatan Licerio kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Jonatan Licerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Kauldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonid Polovkov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonatan Licerio. That made the score 0-8 in the 57 minute of play. Jonatan Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Kauldi in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Jairo Estavan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Independent Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La gloriosa Acade the free kick. Independent Football Club's Jonatan Licerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Independent Football Club from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Independent Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Kauldi came free, but Jonatan Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, La gloriosa Acade's Patricio Seme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonatan Licerio. Jonatan Licerio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. The supporters of La gloriosa Acade booed when Independent Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes La gloriosa Acade got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Bertran. Independent Football Club's Jonatan Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Polovkov in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to La gloriosa Acade getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Leonid Polovkov hit a great ball. When Leonid Polovkov was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After 80 played minutes La gloriosa Acade got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Polovkov. 82 minutes into the match, Independent Football Club's goalkeeper Jonatan Licerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Bertran. Jonatan Licerio was a little too slow when Vicente Bertran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-10. In the 86th minute of the match, Vicente Bertran got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonatan Licerio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 87th minute of the match, Benigno Kauldi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonatan Licerio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonatan Licerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Bertran in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Seme in the 94th minute of play forced Independent Football Club's goalkeeper Jonatan Licerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Bertran took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Licerio. Jonatan Licerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. La gloriosa Acade's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
