Melquiades Sendoa came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Fecha Libre's Aurelio Galo. But to his dismay, Aurelio Galo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a little luck, Fecha Libre's Teodoro Guillerme got control of the ball when Ruperto Refugio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Laureano Jon fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fecha Libre's protests and gave Laureano Jon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fecha Libre getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Laureano Jon hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Fecha Libre could leave the field as winners, despite Lanegan FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
