During the 26th minute of the match Blas Bazil completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Blas Bazil a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 27th match minute, Papagayos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Bazil to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Walme scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santiago Daunte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
