Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Simon Teyo made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Lanegan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Bazil came free, but Melquiades Sendoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Bazil in the 7th minute of the match. Papagayos AFC's Lino Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santiago Daunte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Teyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Papagayos AFC's goalkeeper Santiago Daunte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Danel. Mauro Danel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lino Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Bazil in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Sendoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcial Ramirez might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Sendoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcial Ramirez ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Bazil in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Sendoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute, Emanuel Leocadio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 minutes Papagayos AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Danel who took care of the corner kick. Marcial Ramirez hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Simon Teyo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Daunte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, Simon Teyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Daunte. Papagayos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Teyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Jonathan Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Marcial Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Melquiades Sendoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blas Bazil to make the kick off. When Papagayos AFC's Lino Gumaro in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lanegan FC's goalie prevented a goal. Lanegan FC's Melquiades Sendoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Lanegan FC from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute of the match Papagayos AFC got a corner. Lanegan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lino Gumaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Papagayos AFC's Lino Gumaro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Melquiades Sendoa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Papagayos AFC's Santiago Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Danel in the 63rd minute of play. Melquiades Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lanegan FC's Melquiades Sendoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Lanegan FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Blas Bazil could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Melquiades Sendoa however easily saved by the left post. In the 74th minute of the match Mauro Danel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santiago Daunte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Teyo in the 76th minute of play forced Papagayos AFC's goalkeeper Santiago Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Daunte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Basualdo went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lanegan FC booed when Papagayos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Bazil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lanegan FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
