If Cornelio Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Dantel in the 21st minute of play. Felipe Duardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. The Mataderos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Rufio should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Mataderos FC booed when Horcones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Duardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faustino Rufio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Dabi in the 41st minute of the match. If Marcos Dantel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Cornelio Dabi made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Dantel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute, Victoriano Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mataderos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modesto Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Duardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Horcones's Modesto Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Dantel in the 94th minute of play. Valentin Petri took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Abeijon. Modesto Abeijon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Mataderos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Horcones for a fine match.
