Despite this Sergio Ramone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Belgrano de CBA's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Presebal in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Cleto Cayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Ramone was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Belgrano de CBA's Elvio Ekaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Enol in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Ramone saved Chaco Arg FC from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Elvio Ekaitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergio Ramone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Cayo in the 28th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Chaco Arg FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Belgrano de CBA:s goal. Tiburcio Omero shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Sergio Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Cayo in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Chaco Arg FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Iker Quinten hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Ladislao Presebal rounded Belgrano de CBA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After a defensive mix-up in Chaco Arg FC's zone, Cleto Cayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Ramone came out of the goal and Cleto Cayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 played minutes Chaco Arg FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Lehoi. Chaco Arg FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cleto Cayo 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Belgrano de CBA's Bichiko Bichukov was substituted for Donato Enol. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Sendoa got free with Sergio Ramone in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Alejandro Sendoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejandro Sendoa might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Ramone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Sendoa ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejandro Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elvio Ekaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, Chaco Arg FC's Sergio Ramone got control of the ball when Bichiko Bichukov tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bichiko Bichukov came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Belgrano de CBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bichiko Bichukov couldn't finish the play. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Presebal in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Bichiko Bichukov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sergio Ramone. The goal made the score 1-5. In the 95th minute Ladislao Presebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgrano de CBA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
