Ciriaco Mikolas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Sebastian Lon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Natalio Mannuel came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Dvo. Mandiyú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Mannuel couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute, Deportivo Bien Fria's Rafael Eriz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zachary Rakoski. Zachary Rakoski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Bien Fria's zone, Sebastian Lon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After having played for 75 minutes, Victorino Abarca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dvo. Mandiyú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Abarca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anier Nel took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachary Rakoski. Zachary Rakoski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Abarca got free with Humberto Piorno in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachary Rakoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Nel in the 84th minute of the match. If Sebastian Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Dvo. Mandiyú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Erramu to maneuver through the defense. Dvo.
