But to his dismay, Eduardo Frutos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Gaudencio Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La France's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Pelayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-11 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaudencio Pelayo made a kick off. If Gaudencio Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute, Gaudencio Pelayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaspar Dodorol's late challenge caught a La France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Dodorol helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Gaspar Dodorol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Justino Ferrando from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Humberto Piorno's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Humberto Piorno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Bien Fria's Humberto Piorno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Bien Fria from getting a goal against them. Gaudencio Pelayo in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Humberto Piorno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nicolas Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Humberto Piorno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La France's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
