Spectators: 5030 (Terracing: 4010, Seating: 1010, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Igor Noe started the match with the kick off. Rodolfo Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Emenon in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Matienzo's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Arotza came free, but Leonel Ugaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Yaser Camcıoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Murciélagos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Noe in the 12th minute of play forced Matienzo's goalkeeper Leonel Ugaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonel Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Arotza in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Murciélagos FC's Yaser Camcıoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonel Ugaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute Norberto Abecia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Arotza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Ugaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Igor Noe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Murciélagos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Isaac Aurre hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the game, Murciélagos FC's Yaser Camcıoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Ugaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Yaser Camcıoğlu scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Ugaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaser Camcıoğlu in the 48th minute of play forced Matienzo's goalkeeper Leonel Ugaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvano Jacob stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yaser Camcıoğlu got free with Leonel Ugaitz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filiberto Azibar was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Matienzo's Filiberto Azibar got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Murciélagos FC's Candido Bortzaioriz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonel Ugaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute of the match, Reynaldo Arotza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leonel Ugaitz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 60 minutes of play, Matienzo's Silvano Jacob made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute Igor Noe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Murciélagos FC booed when Matienzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Luar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonel Ugaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Arotza, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Reynaldo Arotza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Matienzo's Leonel Ugaitz got control of the ball when Reynaldo Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Matienzo booed when Murciélagos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matienzo's Leonel Ugaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Matienzo from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Matienzo's Leonel Ugaitz got control of the ball when Reynaldo Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaser Camcıoğlu in the 82nd minute of the match. Reynaldo Arotza made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 83rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Leonel Ugaitz would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Igor Noe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Ugaitz was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Norberto Abecia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Norberto Abecia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Murciélagos FC's Igor Noe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonel Ugaitz. That made the score 1-8 after 93 minutes of play. When the match was over Murciélagos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Matienzo throughout the match.
