After 39 played minutes CACHIVA FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Vargas. In the 41st minute, Baldomiro Eztebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Vargas made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Ivan Firu could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Vinicio Clemencin however easily saved by the left post. In the 56th match minute, CACHIVA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Handi to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes CACHIVA FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Vargas. CACHIVA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Baldomiro Eztebe scored to the left of an out of position Vinicio Clemencin, making the score, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Julio Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. CACHIVA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Rakoski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dvo. Mandiyú had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
