The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iker Moise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Ipar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LA CARLOTA FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ignacio Gomesano hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Jairo Lore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EDEPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 18th match minute, LA CARLOTA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Gomesano to maneuver through the defense. 2-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Nemesio Ipar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Iker Moise made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Lore in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Lore got free with Iker Moise in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. EDEPA's Baldomero Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Argider in the 26th minute of play. Iker Moise stood somewhat misplaced when Ruperto Garci came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 33 minute. In the 35th minute, EDEPA's Jairo Lore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iker Moise. Iker Moise yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 39th match minute, EDEPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Fidele to maneuver through the defense. EDEPA's Baldomero Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Alonso in the 41st minute of play. Iker Moise made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Jairo Lore sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo Lore made a kick off. In the 57th minute Nemesio Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Moise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, EDEPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Fidele to maneuver through the defense. Eusebio Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Sal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute Isaias Diegotxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Moise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in EDEPA's zone, Silverio Alonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Sal came out of the goal and Silverio Alonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. EDEPA made a substitution. Justo Tartalo replaced Jacinto Brion. Ignacio Gomesano hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Isaias Diegotxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EDEPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Diegotxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to EDEPA getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nemesio Ipar hit a great ball. Silverio Alonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Baldomero Sal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Alonso in the 83rd minute of play forced EDEPA's goalkeeper Baldomero Sal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Silverio Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Iker Moise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker Moise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Ipar, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, LA CARLOTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Lore came free, but Iker Moise reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Isaias Diegotxe notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of LA CARLOTA FC's Iker Moise. Iker Moise was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the LA CARLOTA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for EDEPA.
