Dalmacio Chuan came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by La cesira's Marthin Palermo. But to his dismay, Marthin Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Con Elegancia FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Chuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Con Elegancia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marthin Palermo came free, but Dalmacio Chuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Con Elegancia FC's Dalmacio Chuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Con Elegancia FC from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute, Marthin Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Chuan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Dalmacio Chuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marthin Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Duarte in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Chuan saved Con Elegancia FC from getting behind. In the 29th minute La cesira were awarded a corner. Martin Tiso went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Martin Tiso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Con Elegancia FC's Dalmacio Chuan did a great save. After a rather tough play, La cesira's Zeledon Jacob got a free kick in the 29th minute. Marthin Palermo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Chuan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Marthin Palermo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La cesira's supporters rose to their feet, but Marthin Palermo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Suárez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmacio Chuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rolando Stanislao fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Con Elegancia FC's protests and gave Rolando Stanislao a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Con Elegancia FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Stanislao. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marthin Palermo in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmacio Chuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roberto Rioja kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Con Elegancia FC's Dalmacio Chuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Con Elegancia FC from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Marthin Palermo made the kick off in the second half. If Marthin Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Tiso took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmacio Chuan. Dalmacio Chuan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. A collision led to Con Elegancia FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rolando Stanislao hit a great ball. Martin Tiso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Marthin Palermo came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the La cesira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marthin Palermo couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the game, Marthin Palermo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dalmacio Chuan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute Marthin Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Chuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marthin Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Tiso made a great header on La cesira's corner, it was just that Con Elegancia FC's Dalmacio Chuan managed to reach the ball for a save. Gualterio Acevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmacio Chuan having to make a save. When Enzo Suárez came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the La cesira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Suárez couldn't finish the play. Marthin Palermo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
