With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualterio Erramun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17thth minute of the game Elias Leocadio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirané's Gualterio Erramun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pirané's Gualterio Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Leocadio in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Siberia's zone, Doru Ştiubei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Bruse came out of the goal and Doru Ştiubei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Acuña kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the game's 23rd minute Siberia's Fermin Domingues took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Gualterio Erramun and thus the score was 0-1. In the 25th minute, Fermin Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Doru Ştiubei made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Bruse. Siberia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jonas Bruse was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Doru Ştiubei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 30 minute of play. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Elias Leocadio sped through Pirané's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gualterio Erramun. 36 minutes into the match, Pirané's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Bordat came free, but Gualterio Erramun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Doru Ştiubei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Bruse was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 44 minutes of play, Siberia's Elias Leocadio made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Erramun was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Leocadio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonas Bruse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Ştiubei in the 52nd minute of the match. Doru Ştiubei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Bruse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Siberia's Jonas Bruse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Ştiubei in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Siberia's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Ştiubei came free, but Jonas Bruse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pirané's Doru Ştiubei in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siberia's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Doru Ştiubei put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Bruse. In the 74th match minute, Pirané was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doru Ştiubei to maneuver through the defense. Doru Ştiubei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Bruse having to make a save. Doru Ştiubei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erubiel Berbiz's late challenge caught a Siberia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Berbiz helped the player get up and apologised. Pirané were furious when Aggelos Tsaliagos was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 93 minutes into the game, one of Pirané:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
