Guaberto Eguntsenti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jan Biörk took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guaberto Eguntsenti. Guaberto Eguntsenti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. If Jan Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Denis Abaunza fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heroicos sobrevivientes's protests and gave Denis Abaunza a yellow card for diving instead. Guaberto Eguntsenti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Biörk's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Los Chupa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Salvador Guillerme in the 39th minute. After taking down the ball on Los Chupa's corner Salvador Guillerme fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Guaberto Eguntsenti quite easily take care of the ball. If Salvador Guillerme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Garoa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 50th minute Salvador Guillerme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Cordaro during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
