Faustino Ciano's late challenge caught a Ceci Basket Ball Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustino Ciano helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL defense, Enrique Javiero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Luzea. The LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Luzea should have stopped the shot. A collision led to LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Rogelio Luzea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Javiero's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Enrique Javiero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL's Rogelio Luzea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Javiero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Luzea having to interfere. The LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when LA GUARDIA IMPERIAL's Osvaldo Donzel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
