Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcelino Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Medero in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Juan Kusko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patricios's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave General Ramirez FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Juan Kusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fernan Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Siro Inko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Acevedo skillfully saved the ball. Fernan Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Oinatz having to interfere. Paulino Acevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Kusko went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Patricios's Juan Kusko got a free kick in the 21st minute. Pablo Medero's late challenge caught a Patricios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Medero helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes General Ramirez FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Medero. 25 minutes into the match, Patricios's goalkeeper Marcelino Oinatz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Pasqual. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Medero in the 26th minute of play forced Patricios's goalkeeper Marcelino Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Kusko in the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Paulin notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of General Ramirez FC's Paulino Acevedo. Paulino Acevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the game, Siro Inko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Paulin to make the kick off. Pablo Medero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 53 minutes of play, General Ramirez FC's Reynaldo Pasqual made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelino Oinatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Fernan Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Oinatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Pablo Medero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelino Oinatz. Patricios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Medero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Paulino Acevedo was a little too slow when Lorenzo Paulin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 2-4.
