With an all-out effort, El Kcaizer FC's Carlos Fernando Navarro Montoya threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cipriano Lohitzun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. El Kcaizer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Quentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Fernando Navarro Montoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorio Uxio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carlos Fernando Navarro Montoya. Zenit FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 95th minute, Tobias Natal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Albano Guillelmus fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zenit FC's protests and gave Albano Guillelmus a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zenit FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Albano Guillelmus hit a great ball. If Mario Quentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zenit FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for El Kcaizer FC.
