Pastor Noriega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Tino in the 3rd minute of the match. Danilo Tino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Pastor Noriega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Quiroga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Escalada City FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lázaro Mark was slow to take the kick. During this time Central Norte de Salta's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Central Norte de Salta's corner Lázaro Mark fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pastor Noriega quite easily take care of the ball. Pastor Quiroga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Central Norte de Salta's Venancio Cidro got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danilo Tino kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Escalada City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Tino came free, but Pastor Noriega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Danilo Tino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Noriega was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Amadeus Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Danilo Tino took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Noriega. Pastor Noriega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Escalada City FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Central Norte de Salta were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danilo Tino made a kick off. In the 58th match minute, Central Norte de Salta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Mon to maneuver through the defense. Celestino Ponce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeus Carrizo having to make a save. Escalada City FC's Pastor Noriega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Escalada City FC from getting a goal against them. Amadeus Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Quiroga in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Escalada City FC were awarded a corner. Gregorio Frichoso went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Escalada City FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Erol Simpatiaji hit a great ball. Escalada City FC's Pastor Noriega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Escalada City FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 74 minutes, Pastor Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escalada City FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Quiroga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Central Norte de Salta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Mark in the 81st minute. After taking down the ball on Central Norte de Salta's corner Danilo Tino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pastor Noriega quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Escalada City FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Celso Onbera hit a great ball. Central Norte de Salta's Javier Ostadar was substituted for Venancio Cidro. Celso Onbera kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Escalada City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Ostadar came free, but Pastor Noriega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Mero kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Amadeus Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Norton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Central Norte de Salta played a much better game than Escalada City FC and deserved their victory. The Escalada City FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
