Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dante Frasco kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Curupaity's zone, Ruperto Llorenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Arce came out of the goal and Ruperto Llorenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Espiridion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, one of Curupaity:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Curupaity. Ruperto Llorenc scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dante Frasco fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CESARCLUB ©'s protests and gave Dante Frasco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Dante Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Orkatz took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rosendo Martino. Rosendo Martino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Curupaity's Isidro Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Frasco in the 27th minute of play. Rosendo Martino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Mikolas in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Dante Frasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CESARCLUB © fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With a little luck, Curupaity's Isidro Arce got control of the ball when Ruperto Llorenc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Espiridion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rosendo Martino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CESARCLUB ©'s Everardo Palban got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Curupaity's Benito Espiridion in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilfredo Orkatz to strike the kick off in the second half. Everardo Goiz's late challenge caught a Curupaity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Goiz helped the player get up and apologised. When Dante Frasco came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the CESARCLUB © fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Frasco couldn't finish the play. When CESARCLUB ©'s Dante Frasco in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Ruperto Llorenc came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the CESARCLUB © fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Llorenc couldn't finish the play. Gaudencio Paez charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Paez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Curupaity's Isidro Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Frasco in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Wilfredo Orkatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Frasco in the 75th minute of play forced Curupaity's goalkeeper Isidro Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, CESARCLUB ©'s goal looked a bit too open when Benito Espiridion came free, but Rosendo Martino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Llorenc might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isidro Arce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Llorenc ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Dante Frasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Dante Frasco made a precise shot to the right of Isidro Arce. Curupaity's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.
