Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Honorato Leobardo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Muñiz City's goalkeeper Eulalio Muno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Ikatz. In the 9th minute Honorato Leobardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Ikatz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Eulalio Muno made a huge save. Eulalio Muno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Ikatz in the 14th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ituzaingo defense, Honorato Leobardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uriel Haitz. The Ituzaingo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uriel Haitz should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Ciro Ikatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Muno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Carmelo Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Ciro Ikatz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Muno. Muñiz City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Ikatz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 38th minute, Cosme Peruanton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eulalio Muno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Leopoldo Cilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Muno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leopoldo Cilio ran back to his position shaking his head. When Carmelo Cordario fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muñiz City's protests and gave Carmelo Cordario a yellow card for diving instead. Carmelo Cordario kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
The wind increased when Ciro Ikatz made the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Muno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Ikatz in the 52nd minute of the match. Eulalio Muno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Ikatz in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Cosme Peruanton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ituzaingo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. When Ituzaingo's Leopoldo Cilio in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Muñiz City's goalie prevented a goal. Ciro Ikatz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eulalio Muno. Muñiz City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eulalio Muno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Cilio in the 72nd minute of play. If Ciro Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Cosme Peruanton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Muno. Muñiz City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosme Peruanton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. After a rather tough play, Ituzaingo's Rene Gilesindo got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ituzaingo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Honorato Leobardo scored to the left of an out of position Uriel Haitz, making the score, 5-3. After some careless play in the Muñiz City defense, Leopoldo Cilio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eulalio Muno. The Muñiz City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eulalio Muno should have stopped the shot. Ciro Ikatz took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Muno. Eulalio Muno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-3. Honorato Leobardo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Honorato Leobardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Muñiz City got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Leobardo. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ituzaingo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Muñiz City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
