An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Ikatz in the 16th minute of play forced Unión de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Murat Tunçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Leopoldo Cilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murat Tunçhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 20 minutes, Ciro Ikatz made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Unión de Santa Fe's Murat Tunçhan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ciro Ikatz put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Murat Tunçhan. Ciro Ikatz struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Murat Tunçhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ituzaingo. Ciro Ikatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Leopoldo Cilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unión de Santa Fe's Murat Tunçhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciro Ikatzs short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Murat Tunçhan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Ituzaingo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ciro Ikatz hit a great ball. Ituzaingo's Uriel Haitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Gabino in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Ikatz in the 58th minute of play forced Unión de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Murat Tunçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Marquinhos Gvardiol from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Murat Tunçhan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Ciro Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes in the game, Ciro Ikatz dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 68th minute, Ciro Ikatz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murat Tunçhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 71 minutes into the match, Unión de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Murat Tunçhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Ikatz. Murat Tunçhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Ikatz in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute, Leopoldo Cilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Ikatz in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murat Tunçhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Ikatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 84 minutes, Augusto Nazario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unión de Santa Fe and the Ituzaingo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Augusto Nazario hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Ciro Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Ikatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murat Tunçhan having to interfere. If Ciro Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Miliano's late challenge caught a Ituzaingo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Miliano helped the player get up and apologised. Ciro Ikatz might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Murat Tunçhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Ikatz ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle sounded Ituzaingo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Unión de Santa Fe.
