Tapalquén AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomiro Estefan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Martin Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Lidon in the 19th minute of play. When Inocencio Orlondon fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapalquén AFC's protests and gave Inocencio Orlondon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Tapalquén AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Orlondon to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Orlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Martin Tancredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Pascual Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Baldomiro Estefan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Tapalquén AFC's goalkeeper Martin Tancredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Estefan. Martin Tancredo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Lop went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Tapalquén AFC's Martin Tancredo got control of the ball when Baldomiro Estefan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tapalquén AFC's zone, Pascual Orlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Tancredo came out of the goal and Pascual Orlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomiro Estefan to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, The Godfathers F.C.'s Pascual Orlo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Tapalquén AFC defense, Baldomiro Estefan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Tancredo. The Tapalquén AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Tancredo should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Tapalquén AFC's zone, Baldomiro Estefan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Tancredo came out of the goal and Baldomiro Estefan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernan Isaio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Pascual Orlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to The Godfathers F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Pascual Orlo hit a great ball. Domingo Rocio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. The Godfathers F.C.'s Iker Chaime got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Epifanio Lidon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Tancredo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tapalquén AFC's Domingo Rocio got a free kick in the 77th minute. Martin Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Estefan, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Lidon in the 82nd minute of play forced Tapalquén AFC's goalkeeper Martin Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Tancredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Orlo in the 85th minute of the match. If Pascual Orlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, The Godfathers F.C.'s Benji Price got control of the ball when Domingo Rocio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, The Godfathers F.C.'s goalkeeper Benji Price had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Rocio. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
