When Flavio Donio fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario AFC's protests and gave Flavio Donio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Sportivo Club Social's Elpidio Cordaro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Rosario AFC's goalkeeper Ricardo Firmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Loren. Sportivo Club Social were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Rosario AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fausto Feliu took the corner. Sportivo Club Social's Fausto Feliu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ricardo Firmin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ricardo Firmin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Rosario AFC's Ricardo Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Marin in the 26th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sportivo Club Social's Elpidio Cordaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Firmin. That made the score 3-0 after 29 minutes of play. Elpidio Cordaro scored 4-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Firmin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Rosario AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ermegildo Marin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leo Paskal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Vermudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ricardo Firmin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elpidio Cordaro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 45 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Cordaro made a kick off. Amancio Loren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 54 played minutes Rosario AFC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Santos. In the 55th minute, Ermegildo Marin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Firmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 65th minute, Ermegildo Marin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Club Social fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. In the 72ndth minute of the game Ermegildo Marin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosario AFC's Ricardo Firmin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leo Paskal made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tobias Gudesteo sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Firmin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Cordaro went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Leo Paskal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Bastiaro in the 81st minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Sportivo Club Social's Amancio Loren made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Firmin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amancio Loren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Firmin having to interfere. Elpidio Cordaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Marin in the 94th minute of play forced Rosario AFC's goalkeeper Ricardo Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Sportivo Club Social's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Donio came free, but Leo Paskal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Sportivo Club Social were the better team. Sportivo Club Social's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
