To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damian Sansone to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cuevas getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Roman Daunte hit a great ball. Silverio Quiroga struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Cornelio Remir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventud Obrera CSD. Felipe Bilintx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Remir having to make a save. Cornelio Remir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jere Mitovski in the 69th minute of the match. The Juventud Obrera CSD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. In the 97th minute, Serafin Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silverio Quiroga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cornelio Remir. Cuevas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Juventud Obrera CSD fully deserved thier win.
