The crowd rose to their feet as Gláuber Fantini kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bras Munarriz. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Gláuber Fantini came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bras Munarriz could save by the left post. With a little luck, Zapla's Bras Munarriz got control of the ball when Gláuber Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Zapla's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Aztore came free, but Bras Munarriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bras Munarriz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Aztore's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xu Xi Cheng made a kick off. Bras Munarriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Isidoro Aztore took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bras Munarriz. Bras Munarriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 63 minutes into the game, Gláuber Fantini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciudadela Fútbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zapla the free kick.
