Spectators: 7451 (Terracing: 5590, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) The audience thought a goal was coming when Raşit Uluman got free with Alberto Favila in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abelardo Cristofor in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Favila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Raşit Uluman came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Deportivo Alberti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raşit Uluman couldn't finish the play. Ukukus FC's Alberto Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Cristofor in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erubiel Mero in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Ritchie saved Deportivo Alberti from getting behind. In the 16th minute Erubiel Mero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Clodoveo Manny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Favila was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Raşit Uluman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Favila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Cristofor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Rius was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, one of Deportivo Alberti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo Alberti. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Ukukus FC. Anier Herensuge stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abel Ritchie. 1-1. Gavino Frantzes's late challenge caught a Deportivo Alberti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gavino Frantzes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute of the match Sverker Fribäck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Favila showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute, Erubiel Mero made a precise shot to the right of Abel Ritchie. Deportivo Alberti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Anacleto Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Alberti's Sverker Fribäck got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Deportivo Alberti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Erubiel Mero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gavino Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Ukukus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Cristofor came free, but Alberto Favila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ukukus FC booed when Deportivo Alberti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Udo Aas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Luzaide in the 87th minute of play. Gavino Frantzes got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 93rd match minute, Ukukus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Frantzes to maneuver through the defense. Ukukus FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
