When Leonides Calvino fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campana Gitanes Club's protests and gave Leonides Calvino a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 16 minutes, Javier Paskal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oliden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Paskal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th match minute, Oliden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Ubelteso to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Octavio Cordara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucio Manny skillfully saved the ball. Vinicio Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Manny having to interfere. Osvaldo Quin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Manny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Campana Gitanes Club getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Osvaldo Quin hit a great ball. Vinicio Abechuco in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucio Manny, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Javier Paskal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Javier Paskal made a precise shot to the right of Florencio Innocenzio. Campana Gitanes Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Florencio Innocenzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Paskal in the 36th minute of the match. Vinicio Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Manny having to interfere. Lucio Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cristo Bortzaioriz's late challenge caught a Campana Gitanes Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The corner led Campana Gitanes Club's Octavio Cordara to fire away a dangerous shot which Lucio Manny despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 86th minute, Osvaldo Quin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Oliden booed when Campana Gitanes Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Weather didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristo Bortzaioriz was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vinicio Abechuco in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucio Manny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 95 minutes, Guido Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oliden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Chucho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Oliden players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
