Enrique Honrio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicente Erlantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Atamisqui AFC's zone, Gregorio Tino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Honrio came out of the goal and Gregorio Tino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregorio Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Honrio having to interfere. A collision led to Atamisqui AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Carlos Marko hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Bernardino Fresco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Honrio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27th minute of the match VIEDMA FC got a corner. Atamisqui AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernardino Fresco ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Wincent Raflewski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ignacio Santikurtz managed to get in a good position for a shot. VIEDMA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Santikurtz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Honrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the game, Ignacio Santikurtz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Enrique Honrio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gregorio Tino struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Enrique Honrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VIEDMA FC. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Erlantz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Tino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Honrio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Gregorio Tino made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Honrio. Atamisqui AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Gregorio Tino took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Enrique Honrio to make any attempt to save it. The VIEDMA FC fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when VIEDMA FC's Ignacio Santikurtz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 75th minute, VIEDMA FC's Ignacio Santikurtz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. When the final whistle sounded VIEDMA FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atamisqui AFC.
