Aleksandr Shabrov scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Sotero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abelardo Alonso made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Basilio Abascal sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Atlantico FC defense, Saverio Eliu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Sotero. The Atlantico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Sotero should have stopped the shot. Abelardo Alonso made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Americo Bartolome sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Niceto Quentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo Rosamonte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Segundo Sotero came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Saverio Eliu. But to his dismay, Saverio Eliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Abelardo Alonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Americo Bartolome in the 29th minute. The supporters of Atlantico FC booed when Club Deportivo Rosamonte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Quentin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlantico FC's Nicolas Iraitz got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 minutes, Florencio Rosalio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlantico FC and the Club Deportivo Rosamonte players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcelo Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aleksandr Shabrov came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Club Deportivo Rosamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Shabrov couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Saverio Eliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Rosamonte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlantico FC the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Americo Bartolome managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantico FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Bartolome was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Atlantico FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Deportivo Rosamonte were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aleksandr Shabrov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Saverio Eliu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Segundo Sotero. That made the score 0-6 after 53 minutes of play. Abelardo Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Iraitz in the 67th minute of play. Americo Bartolome scored 1-6 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Alonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Rogelio Ieltxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Abelardo Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Octavio Mateo made in the 81st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Daniel Ishmael immediately put the ball in play. Abelardo Alonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Ieltxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Americo Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Bartolome scored 3-6 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Alonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Iraitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Abelardo Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
