Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 120) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when David Israel Carmel took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Fidel Bordat threw the ball into play from the sideline. Candelaria's Rolando Hondo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Niceto Quentin's late challenge caught a Candelaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niceto Quentin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Club Deportivo Rosamonte getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Niceto Quentin hit a great ball. David Israel Carmel scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Alonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Israel Carmel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, David Israel Carmel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Abelardo Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 18 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Saverio Eliu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmar Rencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abelardo Alonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Israel Carmel in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, David Israel Carmel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candelaria's supporters rose to their feet, but David Israel Carmel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmar Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Eliu in the 27th minute of play. Delmar Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Quentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Chan Bom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Israel Carmel in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Chan Bom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Rencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chan Bom in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Rencio saved Candelaria from getting behind. David Israel Carmel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Alonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Abelardo Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Israel Carmel in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

David Israel Carmel got in the 55th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Abelardo Alonso handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Niceto Quentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Delmar Rencio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksandr Shabrov in the 64th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Delmar Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Aleksandr Shabrov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmar Rencio. Candelaria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aleksandr Shabrov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Saul Guerau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candelaria's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Guerau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fidel Bordat's late challenge caught a Candelaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Antonio Ipar got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 85 played minutes Club Deportivo Rosamonte got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Bordat. In the 89th minute Johannes de Jong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Candelaria's Delmar Rencio got control of the ball when Chan Bom tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
